Yukata are kind of summer version of kimono.
Kids are wearing 'happi' or straight-sleeved coat in the second and third pictures.
Happi are also traditional clothes to festivals in Japan.
'Yukatas' is a summer fashion recently, specially meaning summer traditional event clothing.
