I Go to Utsunomiya Museum of Art

I went to Utsunomiya Museum of Art with my wife yesterday.

They displayed many portraits of celebrities taken by a famous Japanese photographer Kishin Shinoyama.

The day, November 3rd, is Culture Day and a national holiday in Japan.

The purpose of the day is promoting culture, the arts, and academic endeavor.

All municipal museums offer admission free on the day.

Cherry blossoms have almost gone in Utsunomiya.
My wife and I went to a museum to see an exhibition of a Japanese painter.

The painter was not so famous that I forgot the name of him, haha.

We enjoyed seeing the paintings and walking about the park of the museum.

 Star Wars exhibition was being held on the day we visit the museum.

The day, November 3rd, is Culture Day and a national holiday in Japan.

The local government makes it a rule to offer admission free at various municipal facilities including the museum on the day.

The museum has a huge garden next to the exhibition building.

I went to Utsunomiya Museum of Art to see Marc Chagall paintings' exhibition with my wife the other day.

It was a rainy weekday morning, so it's not crowded inside as I expected.

We were able to spend a quite couple of hours watching awesome paintings there.
