The Shiraishi Family Residence is a city-owned facility that preserves the home of the Shiraishi family, who served as village headmen during the Edo period.
Visitors can view the thatched-roof main house, the gatehouse (*nagaya-mon*), and the earthen storehouse, all of which were built towards the end of the Edo period.
