I Go for a Mountain-Walking

My wife and I went to Tomatsuri-Ryokuchi for a trekking. 

We enjoyed walking along the mountain trails for several hours.

It was a little too early for seeing mountain cherry blossoms.

We met only one guy during the hiking.

Mountain Trail in the Rain

The mountain trail started just behind Jiganji-temple in Nikko.

My wife and I stepped in the path and walked just for one hundred meters in the rain.

The leaves of trees at both side of the path, beautifully shining green, seemed to become blazing red in autumn season.

We walked down the steps, painted a red demon, from our hotel to a bridge over Kinu river and were gazing at the flow of water for several minutes.
Before we noticed it, the rain had been over.
