Seafoods Are Delicious at Hotel in Fukushima

 

Contrary to ill reputation among neighboring countries, seafoods were nice and delicious to me at a hotel in Fukushima prefecture.

Above all,  just my personal preferences though, oyster, crab and shrimp were the top three seafood followed by salmon, sea urchin and tuna.

I Go to Shiobara Hot Spa Resort

My wife and I went to Shiobara Hot Spa Resort for an “eating as much crab meat as we can” dinner plan and being relaxed in hot spa.

We enjoyed not only the dinner and the hot spa but also seeing musical show in which singers wore in old style kimono clothes and did Samurai fighting performances.

There were no coronavirus effects at the hotel while we were staying the hotel.

Dishes of Delicacies in Winter

My mother, sister, elder brother and I went to lakeside restaurant which was famous for its wild eel dishes when I was staying in Matsue city.

It is said that farm raised eels and wild eels can be distinguished by the color as well as the circumference of the abdomen.

I felt that the tastes of eels were slightly different, of course better.

But, far more important thing was "being able to have delicious lunch with my family members and being able to share happy feelings there in my hometown."
