I Go to Utsunomiya Central Park

Since Japanese government declared a state of emergency due to COVID-19 or coronavirus disease 2019, many shops, restaurants, movie theaters, sports facilities and others are closed.

Our activities are strictly limited now.

I went to Utsunomiya Central Park to see flowers several days ago. It took forty-five minutes by walking from home to the park.

Flowers didn't care about the disease and were blooming beautifully.

Field Mustard at Home

I brought back wild field mustard flowers from open ground near public tennis courts where I often play tennis.

My wife and I decorated our living room with them.

The very next day after we did so, we had an unseasonable blizzard.

I See a Full Moon and Sea of Clouds

It is nice to see the changes of scenery from high-rise condominium.

Especially, rainbows, the sunset, the sunrise, a full moon and sea of clouds are among the tops.

I Go to Utsunomiya Castle Park

I went to Utsunomiya Castle Park to see full-bloomed cherry blossoms, kawazu-zakura even in the heavy rain the other day.

Few people were walking about the park and only one bird was on the branch.

No wonder, I could not play tennis at all on the day.

Shiobara Hot Spa Resort #3

Eating delicious food, good walking exercises and seeing wonderful scenery, all of them made me refreshed a lot.

It is my privilege, living in Tochigi, to visit the place like this spending just a couple hours driving from home.

I Go to Dragon Disguising Waterfall

After about half an hour walking up a mountain trail, we got to the dragon disguising waterfall.

The waterfall was located in the mountains in Shiobara hot spa resort,  was named after the shape of its looks, I guess.

Its water line was bending three times, seems like that a dragon was flying up to the sky.

We enjoyed beautiful scenery and a good mountain hiking.

I Go to Shiobara Hot Spa Resort

My wife and I went to Shiobara Hot Spa Resort for an “eating as much crab meat as we can” dinner plan and being relaxed in hot spa.

We enjoyed not only the dinner and the hot spa but also seeing musical show in which singers wore in old style kimono clothes and did Samurai fighting performances.

There were no coronavirus effects at the hotel while we were staying the hotel.

I Go to Momiji-Dani Suspension Bridge

After visiting Nasu Outlet Shopping Mall, my wife and I drove in Shiobara hot spa resort area.

One of the tourist sightseeing spots is Momiji-Dani Suspension Bridge in the area.

They ask us 300 yen per person for walking from one side of the bridge to the other.

We arrived at the parking lot of the bridge just 20 minutes before closing time.

But, unbelievably, all workers of the bridge had just left the office for their home because, I guess, no tourists were visiting the bridge.

I thought it worth visiting in autumn when leaves turned red, not at that time, so did we.

I Go to Nasu Outlet Shopping Mall

My wife and I went to Nasu Outlet Shopping Mall on Thursday a couple weeks ago.

Since few people visited there, a locomotive for kids carried just empty cars purposelessly.

We spent just one hour walking around, looking goods in the shops then I bought my favorite brand bag there.

Hppy Birthday to My Father-In-Law

My father-in-law and some of my family members had a birthday party in Tokyo the other day.

I was not able to go to the party, though,  judging from the pictures taken by my wife, they must have had a wonderful moment together.
