We Visit Historical Places of Yeats, Irish Poet

Sligo Country Museum

William Butler Yeats (13 June 1865 – 28 January 1939) was an Irish poet, dramatist and writer, and one of the foremost figures of 20th-century literature.

We went to Sligo Country Museum and the grave of W. B. Yeats in Drumcliff cemetery.

The grave of W. B. Yeats in Drumcliff Cemetery

"Cast a cold eye on life, on death."   "Horseman pass by!"

Then, free translation follows,
