Butterfly Garden in Igashira Park

striped blue crow

We paid a visit to butterfly garden in Igashira park the other day.

Lots of butterflies were beautifully fluttering in the botanical garden.

The staff there had displayed a Christmas tree with butterfly pupas.

A Flock of Wild Birds in Igashira Park

There were many ducks, three herons and three cormorants, at least I found, at the Igashira park.

There was a little museum beside the pond which had displays explaining how, when and from where those migratory birds came to the park.

I Go to Igashira Park to See Autumn Color

My wife and I went to Igashira park on a sunny Monday last week.

Maple trees had beautiful red leaves.

It was not too cool or not too warm while walking around the pond at the park.

F-28 Fighter Jet Show Is Held @ Twin Ring Motegi

Unexpected "F-28 Fighter Jet Show" was held at the same time of Super GT car race.

I enjoyed very much both the car race and the show in the sky.

MOTEGI GT 300 km RACE

I watched the Super GT race round 7 on the same day I visited Honda Collection Hall of which I uploaded pictures one week ago.

Watching live car racing  with explosive roaring sound was very exciting.

My wife and I enjoyed full two-hour-race from the beginning to the end.

Honda Collection Hall @Twin Ring Motegi

My wife and I went to the Honda Collection Hall the other day.

It is a transport museum operated by Honda subsidiary Mobilityland, housing a collection of Honda consumer- and racing-oriented vehicles.

It is on the grounds of the Twin Ring Motegi race track located at Motegi, Tochigi.

The museum contains approximately 350 automobiles, motorcycles and power products.

Breakfast and Midnight Noodle Soup

Every dish was elaborately wrapped with thin plastic film or capped with a plastic lid.

Hotel lodgers had to wear plastic gloves while taking dishes from food counters back to each table.

It seemed to be against the environmental protection movement.

But the ways of eating food at a hotel were well considered to avoid COVID-19 or at least to reduce risks of infection the disease.

The hotel served Chinese noodle soup to lodgers who wanted it at midnight.

Memorial Forest Museum of The Meiji Period

I went to the villa of Aoki's family museum or "The Memorial Forest Museum of The Meiji Period" about one month ago.

Buildings built in the Meiji era always look very similar to me, but both inside exhibition and outside appearance looked beautiful surrounded by flowers and the forest of Nasu Shiobara.
