I Go To Nagano Prefecture

Wada-shuku was the twenty-eighth of the sixty-nine stations of the Nakasendo highway connecting Tokyo with Kyoto during the Edo period.
It was located in the present-day town of Nagawa, in the Chiisagata District of Nagano Prefecture.

Hiroshige's ukiyo-e print of Wada-shuku dates from 1835–1838 depicts a view of Wada Pass in wintertime.

We took pictures of Lake Suwa from Tateishi park at an altitude of 934m in Suwa City, Nagano Prefecture in the rain.
It is said that  Lake Itomori, which appeared in the 2016 movie "Your Name" or "Kimino Nawa", was modeled here, and many fans from all over the world visit this place.

I Go To Fukui Prefecture

It was the first time for me to visit Fukui prefecture.

Maruoka castle was rather small but was beautifully preserved.

Unfortunatly, it was rainning during our visit, we enjoyed taking pictures and talking with a castle guide at the site.

Osashimi or raw fish was very delicious and the cook who served the dishes was very young and friendly guy. He elaborately explained the food.

Tojinbo is a famous sightseeing spot in Fukui prefecture.
