Hibiscus Flowers Are Blooming at Home

I have several flower pots and take care of them at home.

Currently, hibiscus flowers are blooming.

We are having both rainy days and sunny days, almost half and half, now in Japan.

After several weeks, the plant will enjoy their top season, scorching summer, here in Tochigi prefecture.

I Step in a Forest Trail up Mt. Kuroto

After having lunch at the cafe "9 KYOYA CHAHO", my wife and I walked to the starting point of a trail to the mountain, then strolled around for several minutes and took some photos.

Flowers of hydrangea were a little bit different from that of blooming in the town.

I Go to a Cafe, "9 KYOYA CHAHO"

I went to a cafe near the entrance of the forest the other day.

Customers to the cafe could see trees and mountains from its windows while eating.

The cafe had some binoculars for visitors to watch wild birds for free.

I couldn't watch them but surely could hear their singing.

Views from the windows at the cafe and at my condominium are completely different.

Daughter Emi Comes Back Home for Three Days

My elder daughter Emi came back home for three days last month.

Emi, my wife and I went to a cafe called Hino for lunch during her short stay.

When she was a college student, she only came back once a year.
Now, she is an office worker. She seems to have more time and money to come back home frequently spending two hours train ride from her Tokyo home.

I Go to Tokyo on Business

This train runs between Shinbashi town and waferfront area without any train driver.
It is fully controlled by computer system.

I went to Odaiba waterfront area in Tokyo for getting some computer security related information the other day.

The business trip itself was very meaningful for me and for my work.

After getting info., I met my old friend at Shinbashi town in Tokyo.

I had a very fun time talking and drinking with him.

He and I was working together about twenty to thirty years ago at my former company.

I Go to Minami-gaoka Stock Farm to See Cows

The stock farm located in Nasu highland was open for tourists. They ran restaurants, a kids' park, a small zoo and souvenir shops. Cherry trees still had flowers there.

A herd of dairy cattle stayed relaxed. We could walk around the ranch freely.

Flowers of Field Mustard Are Blooming

On our way going to Nasu highland, my wife and I made a short visit at Kinu riverside park to see flowers.

The flower fields were not so big as I had expected.

But, it was beautiful enough to take some snap-shots for my spring memory.

Fallen Camellia Flowers on the Surface of a Tiny Stream

There was a tiny stream near Shinonome Shrine of which I posted pictures some weeks ago.

Camellia flowers were beautifully floating on the surface of the stream.

My wife and I dropped in a cafe called Matsubokkuri on the day.

I Go to BARISAI Cafe in Utsunomiya

My wife and I went to BARISAI Cafe to eat galette.

Galette is a French cuisine, flat crusty cakes.

I did not know what a galette was before going to the Cafe.

They were not but at all. It's worth trying them.

I Go to Twin Ring Motegi and HONDA Collection Hall

Twin Ring Motegi is an auto race track in Tochig. It takes about one hour driving from home.

There was no race held on the day, though I enjoyed watching the big racing course and seeing collections at the museum.

The name comes from the facility having two race tracks: a 2.493-kilometer (1.549 mi) oval and a 4.8-kilometer (2.98 mi) road course. It locates at Motegi town in Tochigi.

This bike was made in 1947. What an eye-opening bike it is!
Honda Collection Hall features historic Honda racing and production cars and motorcycles, and next generation technologies such as robotics, fuel-cell vehicles and aviation.
