My Daughter Rina Graduates Her College

 Four years have flown away as if it were a blink of an eye.
Rina graduated her college last month and now is a graduate school student.

Congrats, Rina!

I takes another couple of years to finish graduate school. There must be a plenty of exciting moments at school, I believe.

I really envy that she seems to have an infinite of years ahead of her life.

Emi and Rina Come Back Home

My company offered every employee one week summer holiday last week.
The holiday is called Obon Holiday.

Obon is a Japanese Buddhist custom to honor the spirits of one's ancestors.
The spirits of ancestors are supposed to revisit the household during this Obon season.
My two daughters, not spirits of ancestors though, came back home last week separately on different days.

My wife and I went to a sushi restaurant to have dinner with each daughter on different day.

I haven't thought that my two daughters look similar.
But recently, when I visit their web sites, I found that they have similar smiles before foods.

Rina Moves to Tokyo

Espoir Mejiro is the name of her dormitory.

We have lunch at a Japanese
Restaurant nearby.her dormitory.

Rina moved to Tokyo last Thursday.
One day before the moving, I had packed her clothes, books, five pairs of running shoes, a tennis racket, personal belongings and others into my car at night.

Then, I drove the car to the center of Tokyo with Rina and Kiyono spending three and half hours the next day in the morning.

My elder daughter Emi came and joined us to unpack Rina's tons of goods into order.

She seemed to like her new room and its neighborhood.

Her new life has just started.

I Play Tennis with Rina

I played tennis with my daughter Rina and my friends today.

There couldn't be nicer day for tennis; temperature was perfect and a gentle breeze was blowing.

I think it's the first time to play tennis with Rina since about one and half years ago.

Even she had such a long blank of playing tennis, Rina played well enough to enjoy games with us.

Rina Becomes 18 Years Old

Rina had her 18th birthday last week on January 8th.

We celebrated her birthday with her elder sister Emi, having a birthday cake bought by her grandma.

Rina is very busy for preparing her college entrance exams these days, but had a fun time for a little while.
